::Biography::

Geoff Mintenko, P.Eng is a mechanical design engineer and hobby artist from Prince George, British Columbia now living in Calgary, Alberta.

From an young age, Geoff has had a strong interest in drawing and design along side his other passions such as science, athletics and outdoor activities. Rock climbing eventually became Geoff's primary extracurricular interest, which took him around the world for competitions and the best climbing. Climbing and his mentor Trent Hoover also inspired Geoff to build his own bouldering wall and also make his own climbing holds.

Having opportunities to travell to many amazing places also inspired Geoff to continue drawing/creating artwork and also to explore digital photography. After moving into residence at the University of Calgary, Geoff was asked to create CD yearbooks from many of the moments that he had captured. This launched Geoff into the world of web design, flash, animation and computer graphics (including alterating photos). After rez, Geoff stopped making yearbooks, but maintained his interest for digital art and took on some multi-media contracting work before finishing school and starting his career in mechanical engineering.
